Shipping + Returns

• LeMoon offers free shipping within the USA.

• Orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 2-5 business days.

• All orders are delivered within 3-7 business days of being placed.

Return and Delivery claims

• All purchases are final unless damages occurred during the delivery process. If your purchase arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery of your product. Please include pictures of physical damages. 

• If you are experiencing a non-delivery or you have not received your package but the tracking information states that it was delivered, please contact us within 48 hours to file a claim. Claims can take up to 30 days to complete.
